Computer Instruments e-IVR Lab Results

Patient convenience and overhead cost control are critical in today's health care industry. e-IVR Lab Results is a self-service application that allows a patient to retrieve results from a lab test (or treatment) 24/7 from any touchtone phone. Security is ensured by prompting the caller for their doctor-issued test/lab code. Information provided to the caller may be a recorded message or information retrieved and spoken text-to-speech from a local or Microsoft SQL ODBC compliant database. The system can be configured to route callers to assigned extensions (in the case of sensitive test results) where they can be consulted in a more personal manner. As always, self-service, efficiency and convenience are at the core of all our applications.
