TheAllegro2 includes a 50 percent increase in print speed to 3 inches (76mm)
per second. The printer accommodates up to a standard 8 inch (203mm) outside
diameter roll of media and labels. The center plate is welded to the base plate,
providing the strongest construction for a printer in this price range.
An economical, corrosion proof and abrasion resistant black powder paint has
replaced the internal anodized metal. A new rugged printhead carriage and locking
mechanism built into the Allegro2 offers a more user friendly method for loading
