Digi's AccelePort Xem offers high-performance serial computing, ideal for connecting modems, terminals, printers, instruments and other serial devices. This flexible system enables you to connect up to 64 RS-232 or RS-422 serial ports to a Universal PCI (3.3V & 5V) or ISA-based computer. It is especially well suited for applications that are expected to start small and grow over time to as many as 64 ports. The device offers an expandable, modular and intelligent serial communication solution designed specifically for small to mid-size multi-user installations.
