  1. RJS Inspector D4000 Auto Optic and Laser Verifier

The Inspector D4000 Auto Optic and Laser can interface with either the patented RJS Auto-Optic scan head or a laser scanner to provide nine different optic configurations. The scanners are easily installed by the user, making the unit quickly adaptable to practically any verification requirement. The Auto-Optic scanner is designed and manufactured by RJS for the sole purpose of performing ANSI method bar code quality analysis, while an Inspector D4000 Auto Optic and Laser incorporating a laser scanner is an extremely easy to use point-and-shoot verifier. Popular applications for the latter scan method include verification on materials requiring special considerations such as shiny, curved or uneven surfaces and wet ink.
  2. RJS L1000 Verifier

The RJS L1000 is designed for maximum ease of use - even traditionally hard to verify barcodes such as high density codes with 5 mil (.13mm) X dimensions and codes on irregular, wet, shiny, laminated or moving surfaces are accurately analyzed. The L1000 supports all the popular linear barcode symbologies. Additionally, the L1000 contains 20K bytes of non-volatile memory that can be allocated in 5K byte segments for store and print and/or database capabilities.
  3. Printronix SV Series Verifier

The SV Series operates basically like a normal fixed position bar code scanner. The unit will automatically read a bar code symbol and transmit data for that symbol through its serial port. Special considerations are incorporated in the scanning operation, plus other features are included to make the SV Series a very flexible system component. With the SV Series, proper system setup is very important. RJS provides ScanVision software for Windows as an easy to use setup and monitoring tool. ScanVision is free of charge.
  4. Axicon 6000 Series Verifier

The Axicon 6000 Series is designed for all bar codes where a 4, 5, 6, 10 & 20 mil aperture is mandatory up to 72mm width including light margins. The simple to use design reduces user error and eliminates product damage whilst providing the highest level of accuracy achievable for verification.
  5. Axicon 6525-S Verifier

The 'Retail Model' of the Axicon 6525-S allows you to check the quality of the bar codes mainly used in the retail chain: e.g. EAN/UPC, GS1-128 and ITF-14, all up to a maximum width of 125mm. This should cover most codes printed on labels e.g. thermal (transfer) printing systems.
  6. Axicon In-Line Verifier Verifier

A range of reporting tools come as standard for the Axicon In-Line Verifier including the ability to save the scan file of each and every bar code, or just those that fail; a spread sheet of the results and a summary of every print-run. Easy to use tools providing full auditable traceability - an integral part of any ISO9000 Quality Management system.
  7. Axicon 6500 Series Verifier

The Axicon 6500 Series 'Retail Mode' allows you to check the quality of the bar codes mainly used in the retail chain: e.g. EAN/UPC, GS1-128 (formally EAN-128) and ITF-14, all up to a maximum width of 125mm. This should cover most codes printed on labels e.g. thermal (transfer) printing systems.
  8. Axicon PV-1072 Verifier

The Axicon PV-1072 can only save or print the text file results of the verification (the Axicon PV-1072 does not have the facility to save the scan files). Please also note that the Axicon PV-1072 read head cannot be used in conjunction with a PC or Mac to provide more detailed information.
  9. Webscan TruCheck 2D USB Verifier

Engineered for repeatability, the TruCheck 2D USB TruMatrix imaging head, combined with integrated 45 degree or combination 30/45/90 degree illumination in a rugged housing, provides ideal conditions for verification with the CCD-based imager. After simple calibration, there is nothing to focus or align. You are guaranteed the most accurate and stable verification results.
  10. Webscan TruCheck Omni Verifier

Verify your largest and smallest 1D and 2D bar codes with the same unit, and get accurate results every time! The TruCheck Omni complies with ISO/IEC 15415, ISO/IEC 15416, ISO/IEC 15426-1, ISO/IEC 15426-2.
