  1. RJS Inspector D4000 Auto Optic and Laser Verifier

    The Inspector D4000 Auto Optic and Laser incorporating an Auto-Optic scanner is the industry's most flexible ANSI method verifier. Eight optical arrangements are possible via menu selections for four aperture sizes and two wavelengths of light. The optical geometry meets all requirements of the ANSI X3.182 Barcode Quality Guideline. The Auto-Optic scanner is designed and manufactured by RJS for the sole purpose of performing ANSI method bar code quality analysis. Repeatability between units is outstanding, making the Inspector D4000 Auto Optic and Laser an ideal choice as a standardized company-wide ANSI method verifier.

    This easy-to-use unit is a true single unit solution, offering one-handed operation and support of all popular linear symbologies. The RJS Inspector D4000SP also offers store and print capability, multiple scan averaging, and sub-symbology choices - all easily accessible through a simple four-button user interface.
  3. RJS L1000 Verifier

    The RJS L1000 uses a moving beam laser scanner. It requires virtually no user training - basic scanning instructions are placed on the scanner. The LL1000 analyzes the essential traditional verification parameters including average bar deviation, quiet zones, encodation check, mod check and ratio where applicable. It also provides the ANSI method Decodability calculation and percent of decode information.

    The Axicon 6000 Series bar codes verifier is aimed at verifying small size linear bar codes, (max 72 mm), used in general distribution of retail products (EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A and UPC-E, GS1 Databar), on pharmaceutical products (Code 39, Italian pharmacode, code-128, RSS, Laetus Pharmacode). This easy to operate, plug and play system is perfect for product manufacturers, label printers, printers and packagers (cardboard, flexible, aluminium, etc), pre press studios. Note: Laetus pharmacode verification requires dedicated additional software.

    The Axicon 7000 Series bar code verifier is aimed at verifying large size linear bar codes, (up to 195 mm), used in general distribution of retail products (mainly GS1-128, ITF-14, pallet labels). This easy to operate, plug and play system is perfect for product manufacturers, thermal transfer label printing operations, printers and packagers (corrugated cardboard).
  8. Axicon 6525-S Verifier

    The Axicon 6525-S is designed for all bar codes where a 5, 6, 10 or 20mil aperture is mandatory (such as EAN8, EAN13, UPC-A, UPC-E, GS1-128 and ITF-14), up to 125 mm width including quiet zones. For the user who needs to verify bar codes on both consumer unit (point of sale) products and also the smaller sized traded pack bar codes, typically those printed Thermal or thermal transfer to labels).
  9. Axicon 7025-S Verifier

    The is designed for all bar codes where a 10 or 20mil aperture is mandatory (such as UCC/EAN-128 and ITF-14), up to 7.68" (195 mm) width including quiet zones. The simple to use design reduces user error and eliminates product damage while providing the highest level of accuracy achievable for verification. The "S" range of Axicon verifiers have a "Continuous Scan" feature.
  10. Axicon In-Line Verifier Verifier

    Specifically designed for use with thermal printers, the Axicon In-Line Verifier utilises CCD imaging technology to provide full ISO grade verification. Identifying common problems such as damaged or dirty printheads, media movement, ribbon creasing light margin, infringements, data content & format errors. A report on the quality of every bar code is displayed instantly on-screen alerting the operator to any deterioration in quality.
