Datalogic Undecoded Scan Engines Scan Engine

Datalogic's Undecoded Scan Engines are essentially a camera and illumination system. Datalogic's Undecoded Scan Engines illuminate the label, receive optical information onto a sensor and send the sensor data to a Decoder. The Decoder analyzes the sensor data and decodes the barcode label. Undecoded Scan Engines do not have an enclosure and so must be mounted inside the enclosure of a customer’s product. Datalogic's Undecoded Scan Engines are always paired with a Decoder. This can be a separate hardware or firmware running on the host processor provided by Datalogic or the integrator.
