Ps/2 keyboard wedge Bar code Scanner

PS2 Barcode Scanners, also known as Keyboard Wedge, allows a user to scan data and have it appear on a computer screen just as it would had it been typed through a keyboard. A Keyboard Wedge Barcode Scanner connects through the keyboard port of a computer (see image to right). The limitations to PS2 Barcode Scanners are that barcode data cannot be modified prior to displaying on the computer screen.
